A. Over the years our experience has taught us that not only is the warm water most effective but also allows us to use less soap which if not used properly could be abrasive to the surface.

Q. Do I have to be there while you are cleaning the outside of my home?

A. Not neccessarily, however we ask that you remember to close all windows, clear the driveway of vehicles and put away any fragile decorations.

Q. How often should I have my home cleaned by pressure washing?

A. It is recommended to have your home professsionally pressure washed at least every two years but preferably once a year. According to major vinyl siding companies this will prevent buildup of mold, algae, and other oxidation buildup.

Q. What is the dark stains on my siding?

A. The stains you see on your siding, concrete, and trim are all algae. In able for mold to grow, the only thing it requires is a food source, moisture and humidity. With a professional pressure washing you will soon have your surfaces looking as if they were brand new.

Q. How long does it take for my newly cleaned carpets to dry?

A. Generally, it takes approximately 2-6 hours to dry completely. However the time can also depend on factors which include the weather and direct air flow. Though you can actually walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning we recomend limiting the traffic flow until the floor is completely dry.
